The reception staff were friendly and very helpful when i arrived at 9pm. the rooms were quiet, clean, and generally comfortable. i appreciated that the hotel stored my luggage after i checked out. The process was smooth.
i found only two thin bath towels and no hand towels in the room. i requested an extra pillow, but it never arrived, a bit inconvenient. breakfast felt expensive for the available options.

The location has excellent metro connectivity. There are two nearby stations. the hotel also provided luggage storage after i checked out which i thought was helpful.
the room was too small. the bed and pillows were also uncomfortable, and the wardrobe provided almost no space. i didn't like that the bathroom had ventilation and no windows.

The room was too small. I wish they would provide that information beforehand, it avoided surprise. The door of the room hit the bed when I opened it, that shows how small it was.
